What you’ll do

As a Paid Media Trader working across the BIG W brand, you will be a self-motivated and highly organised team player who is passionate about content, media, strategy and most importantly data-driven campaigns.


You must be able to complete a wide range of activities requiring clear communication, an understanding of media buying and strong attention to detail.


This role is hands-on paid media trading and involves key stakeholder management. You will be responsible for the preparation and implementation of digital media campaigns, including the gathering of assets, trafficking, creation of ad serving tags, troubleshooting, QA and reporting. 


  • Execution of multi-channel campaigns predominately social media & programmatic
  • Manage media plan: work closely with the digital planning and trading team as well as BIG W Brand and Marketing team to gather digital campaign briefs, plan and implement accordingly
  • Manage campaign financials and ensure campaign goals are met or exceeded, including return on investment
  • Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders within CustomerX teams as well as other teams across the business

 

What you’ll bring

  • 18+ months in social & programmatic media trading in either agency or client side
  • Strong experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram),  DV360 & CM360
  • Experience with other Social Programmatic media platforms
  • Demonstrate a track record of client relationship development and service
  • Have the ability to handle stressful situations and deadlines pressures calmly
  • Hold an understanding online trends and have experience in developing digital strategies and communications programs
