What you’ll do
You’ll join the Public Relations and Brand team & become a key driver in enhancing the BIG W brand reputation by developing impactful, earned-first integrated marketing campaigns that engage target audiences and reflect our company values. As our Partnerships Manager, you will encompass end-to-end partnership management and strategic identification of tentpole opportunities to amplify category initiatives and brand collaborations, driving business growth, fostering meaningful social impact, and generating significant earned media coverage.
Lead BIG W's Community Program to create meaningful and relevant activities, while driving visibility of our partnerships to enhance brand health and charity support
Generate brand buzz by creating innovative earned media led experiences, including public-facing activations and collaborations with media outlets, celebrities, or brands to generate feature stories showcasing BIG W's unique offerings.
Partner with PR agency, channel leads and internal stakeholders, to collaborate on delivering impactful brand experiences.
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, prioritising earned media, overseeing content creation and distribution, inline with budgets.
Act as our brand SME to uphold brand integrity and ensure creative excellence across all marketing initiatives.
What you’ll bring
Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, negotiation and influencing skills, to ensure collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Extensive PR experience (either agency or client side) with a proven focus on building Brand Fame for a challenger brand.
Ability to identify fame-driving earned opportunities across BIG W categories, by staying informed about current cultural trends and news cycles, and manage agencies and internal stakeholders to execute.
Demonstrated success in developing & executing impactful campaigns and activations, across multiple partners concurrently.
