What you’ll do 


Subject matter expert on core systems across domestic transport, warehousing and international freight, including MyPC; the digital gateway for Primary Connect+ services

Provide functional and domain knowledge support to PC+ stakeholders to ensure that business outcomes can be achieved

PC+ prioritisation of functional backlog, including elicitation of business outcomes

Support of UAT testing & sign off

Ownership and management of business master data, training and support materials to ensure customers, carrier and internal teams are onboarded and equipped for a successful experience with PC+

Main point of contact for system enhancements and provide high-level subject matter expertise to resolve high-impact technical incidents

Lead analysis of existing system data to identify user behaviour and drive root cause analysis on current issues


What you’ll bring 

Supply Chain experience, within the FMCG / Food, Beverage & Retail Sector 

Experience working within large organisation with multiple divisions

Experience of managing business technology capability

Understanding of warehouse and transport end to end operational processes

Ability to simplify and communicate operational challenges and plans

Ability to create effective relationships and influence both customer and operational leadership

Excellent communication and influencing skills

Ability to identify root cause and create effective case for change

Ability to work in ambiguity and create time bound outcomes
