About the Role | Mō te Tūranga


  • Support day to day PC+ (4PL) transport operations by influencing key relationships with carrier partners, and managing exceptions for customers. 
  • Manage relationships with small to medium-sized customers and manage and monitor internal freight movements and relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver great customer service to internal stakeholders, carrier partners and customers
  • Customer issue resolution - work between vendors and transport providers to ensure that any exceptions are resolved in a timely manner ensuring that customers and carriers see that the PC business adds value and simplifies their Supply Chain experience. 
  • Manage a high volume of inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, address root cause of issues for mitigation and record and address customer expressions of dissatisfaction
  • Where reoccurring service issues occur, work with customers and carrier partners to solve the root cause, using a continuous improvement mindset, ensuring that the solutions strengthen relationships with all partners (customers, carriers, replenishment and DCs). 
  • Exception management including claims, late or missed pick-ups, late deliveries, providing evidence of POD, re-bookings, return freight and any other exceptions that require interaction with customers 


About You | Mōu


  • Experience in a customer support and/or operational supply chain role where understanding of transport, logistics, or supply chain processes was crucial for effective problem resolution and providing timely solutions.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate effective problem-solving approaches and sound decision-making, especially under pressure, including conflict resolution and de-escalation tactics.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and autonomously.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, coupled with effective time management, discipline, and financial awareness.
  • Proficient in intermediate Excel or Google Sheets.
