What you’ll do

As the National Sales Manager for our 'Learn' vertical, you will take the helm of our largest and most influential portfolio, managing more than 140 key accounts. This isn't just about maintaining our established success; we’re looking for a decisive leader to empower an already high-performing team and elevate our customer-centric sales strategies to the next level. Leading your team, you will be the driving force behind the flawless execution of growth initiatives within the early childhood and education sectors. • You'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing clear, impactful sales strategies that directly align with our overarching company goals and fuel revenue growth. This means setting ambitious yet realistic targets, defining the key metrics that matter, and establishing efficient sales processes that work.

  • Lead, coach, and develop your two SSMs, ensuring high performance across the team.

Our team is our strength, and you'll be responsible for nurturing and growing this talent, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive and consistently achieve results. Regular performance feedback will be key to ensuring we're all on the same page and moving forward.

  • Foster deep partnerships with key Learn customers, ensuring long-term retention and growth. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. You'll be instrumental in cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our key clients, truly understanding their needs and challenges, and positioning us as their trusted advisor. While ensuring all contractual commitment and obligations are delivered.

  • You'll keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities, using this knowledge to identify both opportunities and potential challenges and adapting our sales strategies accordingly.

In addition to leading the team, you will personally manage a selection of our largest key accounts. This will require regular in person meetings, with significant travel, particularly in QLD, NSW and VIC.

Flexibility to meet top tier customers wherever they are will be key - interstate travel required.
