What you’ll do
- Use extensive Transport domain knowledge, technology capability and project delivery practices to successfully deliver the digital strategy and realise business outcomes for Primary Connect+
- Responsible for unlocking PC+ business outcomes across the project lifecycle, including business requirements, functional design, user acceptance testing, change management and delivery.
- Responsible for appropriate project governance and delivery to planned time, scope, budget
- Accountable for the clarification and definition of business requirements needed to enable new capability across PC+ digital platforms
- Partner with Group IT, ensuring business needs and technical deliverables are aligned
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project teams and technical teams
- Cross functional team leadership and shared ways of working
- Foster business team subject matter expertise through knowledge transfer and training during improvement deployments or continual knowledge sharing.
What you’ll bring
- 5 years of experience within both Supply Chain and technology environments
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and project management
- Proven capability in managing project transitions through to BAU (Business As Usual) operations and improving ways of working within project teams.
- Ability to focus on the details while maintaining an understanding of the big picture
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organisation and with customers
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders within a complex, multidivisional matrix environment to gain the trust and respect of sponsors and key partners.
- High level of personal resilience and drive to succeed in a high-pressure environment.
- Must be willing to travel domestically and work outside of standard hours (including weekends) as required.
