What you'll do
As a Marketing Manager for Everyday Rewards, you are responsible for planning, executing and optimising Rewards program initiatives. You will be passionate about understanding what our Rewards members value most, to help provide Member exclusive offers and experiences, and create a two-way conversation with our Members via innovative digital, data, direct and content marketing techniques.
Drive personalised trade marketing initiatives that grow member engagement and Supermarket sales, using advanced analytics and performance metrics.
Work closely with Loyalty, Marketing, Commercial, Store Ops, and Tech teams to align strategy, execution, and innovation.
Act as the marketing touchpoint for data and tech projects, identifying and helping bring to life new digital and automation capabilities.
Develop business cases, deliver ROI-positive campaigns, and manage annual sales targets with a test-and-learn mindset.
Demonstrate leadership within your squad, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness and team culture.
What you'll bring
Several years experience in Direct/Digital Marketing, Direct Response, CRM, or Data Driven Marketing roles.
3+ years specifically in supermarkets or other relevant retail marketing roles, with robust examples of delivering projects personalised to customer needs at their point in the lifecycle.
Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing etc.).
Experience in working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with proven ability in fostering a collaborative work environment, effectively influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
Commercial acumen and proven ability to develop accurate business cases and forecasts.
