What you’ll do
As our Marketing Manager (Propositions), you will drive and craft strategic propositions across Australia and New Zealand, supporting the Senior Marketing Manager. Build out propositions that are client-focused, aligned with business strategy and fit for product by collaborating with many internal stakeholders. Decode strategy, understand audience needs, and develop impactful, cross-channel programs, prioritising initiatives for maximum success as a thought leader.
- Translate Cartology's strategy into compelling marketing propositions and go-to-market programs.
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, competition, and client needs.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across the Group, and spearhead cross-team collaboration to align marketing initiatives, through innovation and creativity.
- Utilise research and market insights to create data-driven propositions that address client needs and market opportunities.
- Showcase your storytelling skills by supporting high-quality sales collateral, presentations, and thought leadership content to showcase Cartology's unique propositions.
- Effectively manage budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, including our Campaign of the Year event.
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years within marketing roles, focused on marketing strategy and planning.
- Exceptional story development and articulation, paired with a curious and creative mind.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, negotiation and influencing skills, to ensure collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive eye for opportunities that unlock opportunities that only Cartology can, to drive growth.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to represent the Propositions team at the table.
