What you'll do

As a Marketing Integration Manager, you are the Cartology strategic lead for Woolworths’ biggest retail moments like Collectibles, Christmas, Easter and Back to School. Your role is to help develop the overarching strategies that allows Client Partners to seamlessly integrate their brands into the Woolworths Trade Plan events with a Customer-first lens.


As a key member of the Category & Marketing Integration Team and reporting into the Senior Marketing Integration Manager, you will bridge the gap between the Woolworths major events and our client brands goals. You will help shape the strategy and maximise the media mix to ensure these events are a commercial success.


To achieve this, you will develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the Woolworths Group and provide the thought leadership required to proactively build and support a solid sales pipeline for the Cartology Client Partnerships Sales Team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic direction and identify commercial opportunities for major events like Collectibles, Christmas and Back to School.

  • Transform major events into high-impact media moments by designing end-to-end GTM frameworks and media schedules.

  • Translate shopper insights into compelling commercial narratives and high-value media solutions that helps brands drive measurable growth and stronger customer engagement.

  • Act as the primary conduit across Woolworths Group (Everyday Rewards, BIG W, and CustomerX) to ensure alignment and maximise integrated opportunities.

  • Present integration opportunities to Client Partners as a subject matter expert, supporting the Sales team in securing significant brand buy-in.

  • Partner with Campaign Operations and Product Owners to ensure all media schedules meet brand guidelines and incorporate innovative new solutions


What you'll bring

  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end campaign strategy, the full marketing mix, and the shopper path-to-purchase.

  • A commercially sharp professional who doesn't wait for a brief but writes it, energised by solving complex business challenges.

  • Proven ability to utilise shopper data and media performance metrics to influence internal decisions and optimise category growth.

  • A confident presenter and communicator with experience in executive-level engagement.

  • A results-focused approach with meticulous attention to detail and a clear understanding of how events impact the bottom line.

  • Experience managing large projects and roadmaps in high-pressure environments while maintaining a "Customer-first" advocacy lens
