What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Executive within the Customer Comms: Retail Media team, you will lead the execution of Everyday Rewards campaigns that are booked via Cartology.
The role supports a key strategic partnership between Everyday Rewards and Cartology, delivering best-in-class client campaigns that drive member engagement, while contributing to achieve our annual media revenue targets.
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive with strong attention to detail, excellent stakeholder management skills and a proactive approach to contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team environment;
Financial: Executing campaigns to help achieve media revenue targets.
Customer: Work alongside Marketing Managers to deliver relevant, high-quality campaigns for our members. Contribute to maximising member value through a strong understanding of member needs, competitor activity and effective campaign tactics.
Operational: Collaborate with Cartology, Everyday Rewards, Brand & Marketing, Legal and other subject matter experts to deliver effective campaigns for members, ensuring accurate, on-time execution aligned to shared objectives.
People: Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to drive alignment, accountability and the effective delivery of campaigns.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Execute data-driven direct marketing campaigns that enhance member value and engagement, while supporting key business and media revenue objectives.
- Lead test-and-learn initiatives to trial best-practice tactics and optimise campaign performance.
- Deliver best-in-class, error-free campaigns that meet legal and business compliance requirements.
- Align stakeholders to support client objectives and business initiatives, while ensuring on-time campaign delivery.
- Support the Marketing Manager and the wider team on key projects and provide clear, timely updates to the squad and stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years experience in marketing, ideally working closely with suppliers and / or category teams to support commercial objectives.
- Strong attention-to-detail and end-to-end campaign management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Exposure to building connected omni-channel customer journeys across owned digital channels.
- Sound understanding of data required to build and deploy campaigns & commercial acumen and the ability to use insights to inform decisions and prioritisation.
- Sound understanding of balancing client objectives with commercial goals and marketing regulations.
- Working knowledge of external regulatory requirements, such as ACMA, ADMA, Spam Act and Privacy Act.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or related field (preferred but not essential).
