What you’ll do | Hei mahi

You’ll support the Partner team driving towards the overarching ambition to deliver value for Everyday Rewards members, our Partners and value into Woolworths.


The primary responsibility of this role is the administration of our partner campaigns and offers to ensure their success. The role is responsible for a range of functional tasks, including accurate loading offers and timely creation of campaigns in multiple channels.


Key responsibilities:

  • Help deliver a co-ordinated calendar of weekly partner campaigns and offers across digital channels in alignment with the overall Customer Plan.

  • Ensure accurate, on time, administration of campaigns and offers while adhering to all processes

  • Coordinate communication and offer delivery, including copy and creative approval and loading offers including:

  • Brief image requirements to the creative team and ensure on time delivery of assets.

  • Monitor campaign timelines, ensuring all parties have a clear understanding of their responsibilities and meet deadlines.

  • Manage invoicing requirements.

  • Where required liaise with partners, wider marketing team and agencies.

  • Issues management, internal communication and resolution escalating as required.

  • Identify improvements to allow for process efficiency and scaling up the offer programme.

  • Sources and collates relevant information for report compilation there by supporting analysis at the next level.

You’ll bring in:

  • Minimum one year administration or marketing experience

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Problem solving and questioning. 

  • Innovative thinking skills

  • Excellent time management

  • Excellent computer skills including in spreadsheets and documents

  • Ability to represent the organisation externally, with accountability for reputation and brand

  • Manage high volume of customer interactions through to resolutions
