What you'll do
- Lead the commercial support assistants to conduct accurate NPD, Supplier changes and PH cases and ensuring speed and accuracy on data management
- Drive the delivery from the Claims team of supplier payments and disputes
- Accountable to provide seamless support to the Commercial teams to enable speed to market
- Drive change and improvements within the team to ensure best practices are being followed and team are working at an optimal level
- Work collaboratively with all business stakeholders to support the accurate and timely ingestion of supplier and product data.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and information workshops which support the Commercial teams for continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
- Demonstrated people and culture development and leadership capabilities with strong influencing capabilities.
- Previous Support or Commercial experience ideally within a buying team
- Thorough understanding of Buying processes
- Experience working in a complex retail environment, managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- High level of commercial, Financial and business acumen.
- Proven track record in leading process change management and continuous improvement.
- Ability to develop and manage effective partnerships with key stakeholders
