- Manage and maintain process flow for an assigned workstream.

What you'll do | Hei mahi
- Execute Operations & Stock Management: Ensure accurate and timely completion of routines, leading the "swarm" to correctly handle tasks, and overseeing all teams to fill shelves and manage deliveries according to standards.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead on-job training and coaching for team members, and champion a safe and healthy work environment.
- Maintain Store Standards: Ensure the evening team are filling to correct standards, prioritize shelf-friendly packaging, and manage overstocks effectively.
- Resolve Issues Proactively: Timely escalate process-related issues to the Function Lead for resolution.
- Contribute to Store Leadership: Step up as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and actively participate in "Better Together" connections to foster team collaboration.
