What you will do:
As our Loyalty Performance Commercial Manager, You're a critical contributor to the Everyday Rewards commercial strategy. You’ll translate complex program insights into high-stakes outcomes, owning the commercial models that power our new propositions and campaigns. If you can turn raw performance metrics into a roadmap for executive decision-making, we want you.
Guardrails & Performance: Drive program excellence by pairing sophisticated modeling with strict investment guardrails. Ensure every dollar spent is a direct investment in core business OKRs.
Value & Insight: Partner with Finance, Marketing and Wiq to define the metrics that actually move the needle. Use comprehensive driver trees to cut through the noise and reveal the true story behind the data.
Precision Forecasting: Build robust models that align historical data with future roadmaps. Identify performance gaps early and lead the pivots necessary to stay on track.
Strategic Trade-offs: By understanding investment objectives,you will use this knowledge to inform or influence executive decision making
Commercial Innovation: Constant optimisation through experimentation. Use rigorous data analysis to validate new levers and ensure every strategic pivot is backed by evidence.
Strategic Intelligence: Own the "big picture" by integrating market trends and competitive intel into the business strategy.
Operational Excellence: Replace manual tracking with automated dashboards, providing real-time visibility into program health and performance.
What you will bring:
You are an expert in developing and evolving commercial models for proposition and campaign design that are fit for purpose and reusable (adapting to changing market dynamics and customer behaviour)
Commercial & data mastery: 5+ years commercial modeling and performance intelligence experience, developing the financial framework required to greenlight new propositions and campaigns. Master of Excel/Google sheets
The loyalty & retail lens: Deep experience in the commercial mechanics of loyalty programs and retail/ grocery P&L management is highly desirable.
Executive influence & team collaborator: You connect disparate data points to create a cohesive business narrative. A proven track record of winning over senior leadership and building cross-functional partnerships.
Data Storyteller: Comfortable turning data into slides for presentation with compelling ‘so what’s’ & narrative
Process Builder: You manage projects; but also stand up & optimise the governance and processes that make them succeed.
Thrive in the "Grey": You’re optimistic, adaptable and collaborative and stay focused on continuous improvement even when the path isn't perfectly clear.
