What you'll do
As our Learning Experience Designer, you will strive to elevate our team's capabilities and drive business performance through innovative learning solutions. With your natural curiosity for technology and an end-to-end mindset, you will integrate the right platforms, hardware, and design tools to create seamless learning journeys with a focus on human centered, digital learning design. You will constantly be testing and learning, empowered to try new approaches and share your expertise and experiments with the rest of the team.
Apply UX/UI principles and the double diamond model to create simple, elegant, and effective learning pathways
Contribute to the teams collaboration and innovation, and experiment with the evolving digital learning landscape
Embrace an agile mindset for rapid iteration, continuous feedback, and delivering minimum viable products
Focus on outcome-driven solutions that solve critical business problems and uplift team capabilities
Leverage a strong understanding of various digital platforms and channels, such as Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Gen AI, LLMs, video creation tools, Canva, Vimeo, etc.
What you'll bring
A technical and commercial mindset with a demonstrated understanding of digital learning tools and AI
Exposure to L&D within a fast-paced, large commercial environment
Proficient in instructional and learning experience design methodologies, with a focus on user-centricity and accessibility
Proven ability to negotiate project briefs and collaborate with stakeholders to find creative solutions
Experienced in graphic design for digital learning, with an eye for user interface and a commitment to simple, elegant design
A proactive approach to curiosity and experimentation, leveraging new technologies to drive performance and share learnings with peers
