What you’ll do
This role is responsible for driving successful business transformation through expert stakeholder engagement and change management. You will lead the end-to-end execution of key projects, maintaining accountability for strategic planning, team coordination, and comprehensive project financial management.
Define and document the project plans, meticulously balancing scope, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure clear paths to success.
Lead and inspire cross-functional squads to achieve milestones without compromising on quality or cost.
Leverage your expertise in scheduling, risk mitigation, and fiscal oversight to keep complex initiatives on track and under budget.
Maintain a pulse throughout the project phases, proactively steering the team through structured management and control.
Transform technical updates into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders and various governance forams.
Identify potential bottlenecks and risks early, engineering creative solutions to minimize impact before they reach the critical path.
What you’ll bring
You are a strategic IT Project Manager who thrives in large-scale, multi-brand environments where complexity is the norm. You bring a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes, underpinned by a deep mastery of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the design of optimised ICT systems. Beyond the technical build, you are a champion of change management, possessing the unique ability to guide teams through both technical and process-driven transitions with ease.
Proven expertise managing projects within large-scale, complex, or multi-brand environments, with the ability to navigate matrixed organizational structures.
A track record of successfully delivering enterprise-level IT projects, taking full ownership of quality outcomes from inception to "go-live."
Demonstrated experience leveraging innovative technologies and a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to drive digital evolution.
Deep expertise in the design, implementation, and optimization of ICT systems, ensuring technical infrastructure aligns perfectly with business goals.
Proven ability to manage the "human side" of technology, leading technical and process-driven change management to ensure high user adoption.
While not mandatory, experience within the Retail sector is highly regarded and will help you hit the ground running in our fast-paced environment.
Possession of (or active progress toward) relevant formal qualifications, such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or Cert IV, complemented by active membership in professional industry associations.
