What you’ll do:
We are looking for a UKG Pro Subject Matter Expert to lead functional configuration, end-to-end delivery, and technical support. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving optimisation across our people and payroll systems.
UKG Pro Configuration: Own the hands-on build, testing, and scaling of UKG Pro modules—specifically Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, and Advanced Scheduling.
Technical Leadership: Act as the go-to expert for system implementation, high-impact troubleshooting, and seamless handoffs to support teams.
Integrations & Workflows: Design complex workflows and collaborate with developers to manage data integrations across People and Payroll systems (SAP).
Governance & Documentation: Write clear functional specs, support QA protocols, and partner with PMs/Scrum Masters to manage scope and risks.
Team & Stakeholder Engagement: Mentor systems analysts, support end-user training, and help drive continuous system improvements.
What you’ll bring:
You have sharp problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of end-to-end Agile development processes. Build clean, easily supportable solutions that directly solve real-world business needs.
5+ Years of UKG WFM Expertise: Proven track record designing, building, and supporting enterprise-grade UKG Pro solutions.
Deep Functional Configuration Muscle: Hands-on mastery across:
Timekeeping, Attendance, & Leave
Accrual Management
Complex pay rules (Shift differentials, premiums, overtime)
Technical & Integration Chops: Working knowledge of Dell Boomi, and managing interface-related KPIs.
Enterprise Scale: Experience navigating complex environments with multiple Business Units and intricate Enterprise Agreements/Awards.
Bonus Points: Experience with Forecasting, Scheduling & Advanced Scheduling.
