What you’ll do  

  • Deliver financial and analytical insights specifically focused on the performance of the CFC’s automation equipment systems to ensure they meet operational requirements.
  • Identify deviations in automation system trends and translate that data into actionable reports and dashboards for key stakeholders like the Optimisation and Reliability teams.
  • Design, deploy, and maintain site-based dashboards (Looker, Analytics, Google Sheets) to track KPIs such as GTP Pick Rates, labour compliance, out-of-stock products, and inventory flow.
  • Partner with project teams to translate operational requirements into SQL queries and provide data-driven reporting for system incidents (P1/P2).


What you’ll bring 

  • Experience in building reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and presentations using tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or Google Looker.
  • A strong understanding of Google Sheets (e.g. Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
  • SQL (Foundational Level): Proficiency in basic SQL to extract, pull, and filter data from databases.
  • Proven experience working within Retail, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing environments (Automation experience highly regarded).
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing environment, whilst ensuring key deliverables are met. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical capabilities to perform root-cause analysis and solve complex operational problems.
