About the role
As a Fulfilment Team Member, your main responsibility will be ensuring you pick quality products with accuracy for online customer orders.
This role best suits a candidate that enjoys working in a physically demanding and repetitive role. This role will require the successful applicants to lift up to 20 kgs repetitively throughout the duration of their shift.
As a part of creating a safe working environment, all candidates for this role can expect to undergo a pre-employment medical check as part of the recruitment process.
What you'll do
- Efficiently select and pack grocery items for online orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer specifications.
- Communicate with customers regarding order details, substitutions, and any special requests to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Inspect products for quality, freshness, and expiration dates to meet company standards of excellence.
- Organise items for easy retrieval and packing, ensuring orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Utilise our online shopping platform and inventory management systems to process orders accurately.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
