About the role
As the Fulfilment Shift ADM you will assist in leading the fulfilment team in safely completing all picking and packing sessions while ensuring a positive team experience. The role also focuses on supporting a customer and team first approach, delivering the freshest products and complete orders for each customer. As a part of creating a safe working environment, all candidates for this role can expect to undergo a pre-employment medical check as part of the recruitment process.
What you'll do
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations within the department.
- Partner with the CFC Fulfilment Manager (Day) on business-as-usual tasks and exploring new opportunities.
- Support full adherence to safety and food safety standards, maintaining 100% compliance at all times.
- Assist in ensuring payroll processes are followed for timely and accurate team payments.
- Work with the product team to ensure fresh products and complete orders.
- Support growth and improvements by collaborating with peers across CFCs and the broader business.
- Assist with team rostering, training, and capability building, ensuring compliance with EA and training requirements.
- Support the coaching and development of team members to nurture future talent
What you'll bring
- Experience in working within the Online Department.
- Proven background in retail roles with a focus on support functions.
- Understanding of online order fulfilment processes and systems.
- Knowledge of inventory management, production, and replenishment practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective in time management, planning, and organising tasks.
- Ability to assist in coaching and engaging team members.
- Experience in using computers, digital tools, and resources for daily operations.
