As the Retail Operations Manager you will deliver operational excellence across the FreshChoice franchise network through leading a high-performing team of Business Partners and building credibility and trust with our franchise partners; ensuring sustainable, profitable businesses that can reinvest in refurbishments, conversions, and new stores.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager - Woolworths Franchise, you will coach and develop your team to enable their success, driving consistent standards, strong governance, and operational execution across the network, as well as partnering with franchisees to maintain sustainable operations and delivery of superior customer outcomes.
