About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
As a Forecasting Specialist, you will help to drive a key element of our RT3 workforce planning system. You will be responsible for ensuring the data used for labour forecasting is accurate and will help develop forecasting processes to ensure ongoing accuracy and consistency. Your key responsibilities will include:
Critically analysing complex data sets, including managing data extraction and quality assurance to interpret trends and patterns.
Using statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports.
Developing and maintaining data models to assist in resolving forecast issues.
Performing complex data extraction, manipulation and analysis of POS and Carton Data.
Developing data visualisations of complex datasets for discussion with stakeholders.
Working with business stakeholders to understand data trends and help design action plans.
Partnering with key stakeholders across the business to provide support, guidance and subject matter expertise.
About You | Mōu
We are looking for someone with a high level of analytical skill and a naturally curious and collaborative style. You are commercially and customer-focused, with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. You will have:
A high level of analytical skills and detailed knowledge of Data Management.
Experience in a project environment, ideally with agile ways of working.
Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and communication skills.
Commercial acumen and a customer-focused mindset.
The ability to work with and analyse complex data to provide data-driven insights.
