Welcome to the Food eCom Team
The Food eCom team is a broad and diverse business unit that sits at the centre of the eComX platform. Our team foster a culture of support, care, and autonomy. The predominant role that Food eCom plays is in bringing to life the AUFood strategy for our customers through digital channels. This brings with it requirements for strong communication within the team and with key stakeholders, partnering and sharing via events, understanding and actioning team feedback, and linking in with various processes and cadences across the group.
What you’ll do
Participate in the Digital Merchandising squad to deliver customer-focused outcomes and demonstrate a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
Support and actively participate in the development of best-in-class creative for the Woolworths app and website,executing across campaign, content and trade formats..
Actively support new creative strategies and customer journeys for our digital on-platform campaigns.
Execute creative work across a cross-functional team, balancing priorities across commercial and customer experience.
Contribute to our culture of continuous creative improvement, including integration of AI tools and upskilling in new creative formats, including motion design.
Maintain brand consistency while pushing the boundaries of digital creativity within the Woolworths ecosystem.
Collaborate with internal partners to provide campaign support and identify opportunities for optimization through design and content management.
Lead and foster a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
What you’ll bring
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team and stakeholders
Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS.
Experience working from brief to execution across multiple digital mediums (web, app, social media, EDM design). Motion design skills required using After Effects.
Basic HTML & CSS knowledge.
Understanding of UX and Accessibility is a bonus. Please note this is not a UX role
