- 4 days per week, enjoy 3 days off per week after training

What you’ll do
- Responsible for the day to day monitoring of systems and equipment to achieve daily throughput outcomes
- Reporting on and communicating performance against the overall Operational Plan and specific KPIs
- Identify improvement opportunities in the day to day Operations plan to meet inbound volume, decant volume, picking timeframes and dispatch windows.
- Analyse the impacts of unplanned outages/breakdowns and reporting on the progress against the revised Operational Plan.
- Lead and support implementation, innovation and the embedding of continuous improvements within the Operational area
- Be available 5 days per week for training before transitioning to 4 days per week
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in an operations role, preferably in a fast-paced distribution centre or order fulfilment environment.
- Experience with Automated movements and monitoring systems such as SCADA.
- Ability to adapt to change within a fast paced environment, whilst meeting the demands of a 24 hour operation
- Critical thinking with strong analytical, planning and problem solving capabilities
- A track record of driving continuous improvement and delivering results in a complex, matrix environment.
