What you’ll do
Coordinate day-to-day activities of all matters relating to F&M operations, engineering, risk and compliance with a highlighted focus on contractor works and activities.
Monitor Facilities & Maintenance contractor works and activities, to ensure all works are satisfactorily and safely completed to Primary Connect policies, procedures and standards, so as to minimise disruption to occupants and operators
Conduct and complete DC-specific property and F&M related inspections as assigned
Implement and maintain critical controls from the Quality and Excellence Program
Comply to WOW Group and Primary Connect Facilities & Maintenance policies and procedures, including site-specific requirements and/or reporting requirements
File, report & record maintenance records and incident management
What you’ll bring
Contractor management experience is highly advantageous
Experience in the facilities and/or property industry, industrial preferred
Refrigeration Trade background preferred but not essential
Basic knowledge of WHS legislation, practices and building services
Excellent organisation and administrative skills
Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and inputs from internal and external stakeholders
Strong verbal & written communication skills to effectively build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
