What you’ll do
- Coordinate day-to-day activities of all matters relating to F&M operations, engineering, risk and compliance with a highlighted focus on contractor works and activities.
- Monitor Facilities & Maintenance contractor works and activities, to ensure all works are satisfactorily and safely completed to Primary Connect policies, procedures and standards, so as to minimise disruption to occupants and operators
- Conduct and complete DC-specific property and F&M related inspections as assigned
- Implement and maintain critical controls from the Quality and Excellence Program
- Comply to WOW Group and Primary Connect Facilities & Maintenance policies and procedures, including site-specific requirements and/or reporting requirements
- File, report & record maintenance records and incident management
What you’ll bring
- Contractor management experience is highly advantageous
- Experience in the facilities and/or property industry, industrial preferred
- Building trade background is preferred but not essential
- Basic knowledge of WHS legislation, practices and building services
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and inputs from internal and external stakeholders
- Strong verbal & written communication skills to effectively build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
