We are currently in a scale-up phase with significant further growth ahead, Cartology leverages the best of the Woolworths group expertise while creating its own distinct offering and culture. 


As a member of the Category & Marketing Integration team, you will support the Marketing Integration Manager in managing the planning, communication, reporting and asset management across all client integration opportunities into Woolworths campaign activity. You will provide critical support for the team ensuring timelines and milestones are met to deliver on our team objectives.


What you’ll do


  • Build, maintain and communicate the Cartology Planning calendar to internal stakeholders. Working closely with Marketing Departments to ensure updates are communicated in an accurate and timely manner

  • Develop and maintain the integration opportunity planner, ensuring all stakeholders have visibility of upcoming campaign opportunities and are  aligned to priorities, deliverables and key milestones. 

  • Assist in the end to end management and delivery of campaign integration opportunities - from inception to execution. 

  • Work with the Cartology Operations team to ensure the seamless delivery of all campaign elements.

  • Assist Cartology Marketing team with end of campaign reporting and case studies

  • Proficiency in full Google suite, especially in Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides
