With a culture of genuine care, a flexible approach to work, and opportunities across the group to grow your career and make a meaningful impact, the possibilities for what we can achieve together are endless.

What you’ll do

The purpose of the Enablement Partner is to accelerate the delivery and amplify the impact of the Group Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability (GPACS) team.

This is achieved by acting as the team's operational and strategic backbone, translating high-level strategy into actionable programs, driving disciplined execution and reporting, and ensuring the entire function is aligned and equipped to deliver on its most critical priorities with clarity and momentum.

In short, the partner enables the subject matter experts to focus on their craft by ensuring the 'how' is as robust as the 'what'.

Specifically you will:

  • Lead strategic planning cycles (annual and quarterly) for the entire GPACS function.
  • Manage large cross functional  strategic programs, including governance, risk mitigation, and standardised methodologies.
  • Track portfolio performance and develop scorecards, including leading Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Coordinate crisis and issue management responses, including war room facilitation and post-incident reviews.
  • Enable the GPACS operating model, including governance, continuous improvement, and tooling
  • Translate strategy into actionable delivery plans that drive reputational impact and value for our customers and communities
  • Develop strategic, story-led presentations that meet board standards and drive delivery of key priorities

What you’ll bring

  • Demonstrated experience in building the right partnerships with leaders, across the Group, to drive alignment to purpose, enable co-creation of solutions and craft a compelling experience
  • Expert and adaptive communicator with strong leadership presence; a role model in connecting with individuals, teams and leaders to align together in purpose.
  • Highly proficient in coaching and building capability in team members & leaders, to mobilise and enable delivery.
  • Proven delivery in enabling transformation at a large scale in a complex environment, leveraging the right mix of structure, process, and systems to orchestrate delivery in harmony with our Ways of Working.
  • Able to demonstrate agility with proven experience in adapting to trends, data and E2E business needs, to make holistic decisions in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • Demonstrated comfort in harnessing disruption and leveraging it to foster innovation and unconventional thinking, to amplify design & solutioning and accelerate the transformation of the Group.

What you’ll experience

  • Our Team Members are at the heart of everything we do and we’re always looking for ways to support your career journey and reward great work:
  • Team discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands you know and love and a robust rewards program that celebrates and incentivises purpose-driven work
  • A range of programs to help you prioritise and manage your wellbeing, including 24/7 access to the Sonder app
