What you’ll do
This exciting, 12 month secondment opportunity within the Digital Media Planning & Investment Activations team, offers the chance to shape digital media campaign planning, investment decisioning, campaign strategy and delivery across our Group partners.
Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you'll own campaign briefing and end to end campaign management and media plan development, making crucial investment decisions that drive campaign objectives and deliver outstanding commercial results. Responsibilities include
Account management, digital media planning, budget management, strategy and delivery management.
Being the key stakeholder management contact for assigned banners with focus placed on performance media.
Supporting the Group Digital Media Planning and Investment activation lead.
Ensuring timely delivery of all digital campaigns, meeting agreed KPIs.
Providing reporting and insights to maximise customer and business value from banner digital media investments, whilst working closely with stakeholders and agency partners in the group.
What you’ll bring
Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a hands-on marketing/media role either client direct or within a media agency. You will have exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with high attention to detail and time management.
You will also have:
Exposure to account management practices.
Understanding of digital advertising principles, including programmatic media, paid search, paid social and SEO channels.
Experience in performance media and providing strategies that deliver business outcomes.
Experience in working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Experience in competitive and planning tools such as Ipsos Iris, Pathmatics etc.
Experience with planning and buying tools like DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), Google Ads or Facebook Ad Manager
Data: Understanding of Audience / Tag management solutions - Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics knowledge.
Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing etc.).
The following attributes and experience will be highly regarded:
Well-developed commercial acumen and proven ability to develop accurate forecasts that met or exceeded objectives
Understanding of online of offline attribution
B2C Retail Experience
Experience in campaign automation and exposure to key principles and solutions.
