What you’ll do

The Digital Media Planning & Investment Activation Specialist drives end-to-end digital campaign management, media plan development, and strategic investment activation for Group partners to meet campaign objectives and commercial outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Manage the full E2E digital media campaign lifecycle, including campaign planning, budget, and ensuring efficient execution that meets KPIs.
  • Media Activation: Plan and activate digital campaigns across various channels, including Hybrid digital, developing detailed media plans and QBRs.
  • Investment Strategy: Use knowledge of the media landscape and digital advertising to inform strategic investment and planning decisions.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Be the primary contact for assigned banners, building strong relationships and communicating effectively, including presentations.
  • Reporting & Optimisation: Provide reporting and insights to maximise value, proactively recommending new media partners and growth areas.


What you’ll bring

We need an experienced, commercially focused Paid Media Planner to join our Digital Media Agency. This pivotal role requires a sound understanding of the media landscape across paid media channels, including social and programmatic channels, to drive significant commercial success.


Key Requirements

  • Agency/& or Client experience in Marketing, Media Planning or Digital trading roles (4+ years): Hands on campaign management experience and understanding of planning across digital platforms.

  • Strategic thinking: Expertise in developing and implementing scalable investment strategies, understanding current online trends, and formulating effective digital communication programs.

  • Data Integrity and Measurement: Knowledge of Tagging solutions for accurate measurement, audience segmentation, and data integrity.

  • Resilience and Stakeholder Management:

    • Adaptability & Delivery: Proven ability to manage complex timelines/budgets, handle pressure calmly, and adapt quickly to business needs.

    • Influence & Communication: Strong capability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, effective decision-making, and positive client outcomes.

    • Attention to detail and proactive thinker. 

  • Understanding of Digital Media advertising principles (multi-channel).

    • Sound understanding of the Media landscape and competitive trends in the category that may impact digital media investment and planning strategies. 

    • E2E Digital Media Campaign management - including campaign digital media planning and budget management.
