What you’ll do

Ready to shape the digital experience for millions of Australians? Join the heart of our Digital Engagement Tribe as our Digital Content Manager! You'll be the creative force behind the amazing content on our website and app, crafting a seamless and engaging journey for every customer. Your mission is to transform the everyday online shop into an unforgettable experience, using your passion for content and data to delight customers and drive real results.

  • Master Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to build and optimise dynamic content experiences.

  • Deliver powerful, real-time personalised customer experiences using Adobe Target.

  • Drive the strategic launch of content across our website and app.

  • Own the weekly content schedule, ensuring flawless and timely publications.

  • Collaborate with Tribe and Squad leaders to build and streamline content workflows.

  • Use web analytics and performance data to continually optimise content and drive results.

  • Audit and elevate existing content, identifying key areas for improvement.

  • Champion A/B testing to refine and improve crucial moments in the customer journey.


What You’ll Bring

  • A deep passion for the customer, with a talent for crafting perfectly targeted and personalized digital experiences.

  • A proven track record, with at least five years of honing your craft in digital content management.

  • Fluency in the Adobe suite, especially AEM and Target—you know these tools inside and out.

  • A data-driven detective's mindset; you let insights guide your decisions and have a relentless focus on results.

  • A spirit of innovation and curiosity. You live by the "test, learn, repeat" mantra to discover what truly wows our customers.

  • The strategic vision to connect outstanding customer experiences (CX) with tangible commercial wins.

  • A passion for pixel-perfect execution and an unwavering commitment to quality.

  • Incredible communication skills; you build strong relationships with stakeholders effortlessly.

  • A love for technology and a knack for quickly mastering new tools to make work smarter, not harder.
