We are seeking applications from current Primary Connect BRDC members in Ambient or Temperature Control for the role of the Reserve Dayshift Team  Coordinator in Systems(Grade 6).


The key focus of this role is to manage a team of inventory clerks and ensure all targets are met and site inventory levels are maintained. You will be responsible for daily and weekly reporting and handling store claims. You will report to the Systems Specialist.


Key responsibilities:


  • Plan and schedule labour requirements for Inventory/Systems team members

  • Support the Systems Specialists through actioning of Product Withdrawals/Recalls and adhoc    requests

  • Ensure Inventory team members are hitting defined KPI targets

  • Ensure Inventory team members are up to date with communications

  • Investigate anomalies and resolve data records and integrity issues

  • Able to perform production and support functions as required

  • Engage/lead/support and motivate team members

Minimum eligibility requirements:


  • Satisfactory performance in grade 4 duties as required for supervisory stream

  • Must be a current Primary Connect BRDC team member

  • Must be willing to work in both Ambient and Temperature Control as required

  • Meet the agreed Succession Criteria

  • An interview/or assessment may form part of the recruitment process

  • Final appointments will be at the discretion of the Leadership team
