Primary Connect+ is our transport and logistics business within the Woolworths Group. Our team works together to provide end-to-end supply chain solutions for more than 1,300 food and retail customers.


What you’ll do

In this role you will be instrumental in connecting our customers with the products they need and love. This role requires you to lead, coach, and influence your team to deliver professional service experiences for Primary Connect+ customers and business partners.

You will build a high-performing, customer-oriented team, driving best practice standards and leveraging technology to achieve positive outcomes.

  • Lead, coach, and influence a team to deliver outstanding service for customers and business partners.

  • Manage inbound queries, acting as an escalation point when needed.

  • Drive process improvements to enhance the overall customer and stakeholder experience and achieve established targets.

  • Build and nurture strong cross-functional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders (e.g. Operations and Distribution Centres) to achieve common goals.
