Customer Service Representative
To facilitate the achievement of strategy by:
* Exceeding all customer expectations, and delivering a high level of customer service
* Providing valuable customer feedback to businesses to assist with operational improvements
* Answer all inbound calls delivered to soft phone
* Take direction from Team Leader of a daily basis
Principal Responsibilities:
* Receive and action inbound calls
* Action administrative tasks
* Receive and assign or reply to customer emails
* Ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Team Leader
* Outbound calls to existing customers to resolve their equiry or update them on their order
* Provide valuable customer feedback to Team Leader or Contact Centre Manager
* Alert Team Leaders to any impediments to campaign or operational deliverables
* Exceed all customers expectations and deliver a high level of customer service to all customers
* Actively participate in Team Meetings
