Primary Connect+ is our retailer-agnostic, technology-driven commercial business within Primary Connect. Our team works together to provide end-to-end supply chain solutions for more than 1,300 food and retail customers.


What you’ll do

  • Support the Customer Implementations Manager to deliver a frictionless customer transition into the supply chain network.
  • Conduct "Operational Readiness" audits to ensure customers understand all onboarding requirements
  • Drive the adoption and training of key digital platforms (MyPC, CargoNeo, Korber) to ensure customer proficiency in order and tracking tasks.
  • Act as the bridge between the customer and internal teams, coordinating to establish "hypercare" and "first-time resolution" pathways.
  • Govern the 30-day onboarding process, monitoring early-stage service and initiating strategic intervention when performance deviates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the transition from opportunity to execution, ensuring data integrity across all internal systems.


What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of Supply Chain Expertise in logistics, freight forwarding, or 3PL operations, with an understanding of the Australian retail landscape.
  • Proven experience in a relationship-facing role, such as proven account management.
  • Experience in project management or implementation roles with a successful track record in managing complex transitions
  • Tech Savvy, with the ability to master and teach digital supply chain platforms (WMS, SAP, and bespoke portals like MyPC).
  • Strong Influencing Skills to navigate the business and prioritize new customer success with internal Operations teams.
  • Demonstrated Resilience and Empathy for calmly solving the initial hiccups that occur in supply chain transitions.
