As our Continuous Improvement Specialist, support with key projects within the Continuous Improvement strategy, partnering with stakeholders to create, test, and deploy end-to-end process enhancements that elevate the customer and team experience. Be our SME & bridge, gathering feedback from the Ops Leadership and store teams to ensure all changes are simplified and land. By defining clear success criteria and measuring bringing people along the journey, support the transition from pilot to full-scale deployment across the business.
What you'll do | Hei mahi
Support national process improvement projects from scoping to implementation, managing all associated change activities to ensure initiatives land successfully at the frontline.
Partner with stakeholders to facilitate improvement workshops, ensuring all transformational changes are simple and fit for purpose.
Spend time in-store observing processes to identify, prioritise, and solve pain points, while encouraging store teams to provide feedback on potential efficiencies.
Define and govern Proof of Concept (PoC) success measures, ensuring clear criteria for transitioning pilots into national rollouts.
Collaborate with Internal Communications and Process Managers to maintain Promapp documentation and translate complex changes into clear, operational language.

To be successful in this role, your experience will likely reflect:
Ability to lead large projects from inception to deployment and change management, through a lens of operational knowledge.
Experience identifying and implementing process enhancements, through data and in-person feedback (Lean/Six Sigma methodologies or mapping tools desirable).
Strong analytical skills to use statistics and data visualisation to identify trends and track performance metrics.
Working in an agile environment with competing priorities and influencing stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
Comfort in troubleshooting operational issues and developing practical solutions that balance short-term needs with long-term strategic goals.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with experience developing training programs and translating procedures into simple, operational language.
