What you'll do
The Compliance Auditor is accountable for driving reviews of compliance processes including compliance reporting that will be shared with the W360FM leadership team identifying any non-conformances, process improvement opportunities and efficiencies.
- Manage Compliance using data and insights of all risk management activities in relation to Labour Governance for key outsourced services, including Trolley Collection and Cleaning contractors, Process and Control governance for Asset and Services team, Health Check reporting;
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies, relevant contracts/agreements and all legal and regulatory requirements in accordance with an internal Compliance Plan;
- Manage the Subcontractor change requests that are critical to compliance with the Services Agreements and Fair Work Australia regulations;
- Continuously monitor all updates and amendments to relevant industrial awards (e.g., Cleaning Services Award 2020) and federal and state legislation (e.g., Fair Work Act, Work Health and Safety laws). Utilise this systematic monitoring to execute the bi-annual compliance reminder program for outsourced Trolley and Cleaning Suppliers
- Systematically completing in-depth health checks of all Repair and Maintenance (R&M) vendors to identify any instances of non-compliance, control deficiencies, procedural weaknesses, or potential operational risks within the audited R&M vendor operations, in strict alignment with the established organisational Governance Framework to bolster overall vendor governance, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation across the entire R&M vendor ecosystem.
- Provide regular mandatory compliance reporting to the Asset and Services Teams to ensure W360FM is compliant to the requirements within contracts and Asset management standards.
What you'll bring
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role with a strong focus on Auditing
- Understanding of compliance requirements with relevant Awards, Australian Standards and other statutory provisions.
- Previous stakeholder management experience and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Retail, Supermarket or FMCG experience desirable.
