Communications Specialist - Content & Events - Part time

The Opportunity


Working alongside a team of Communicators, you’ll be delivering on our Group Purpose and helping to deliver & drive key communications across the Group through experiential Content and Events. 


This role is based in Norwest and offers flexible working. 


This is a part time, permanent role 3 or 4 days per week.


What you’ll do


Event Coordination & Delivery

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of events, assisting with planning, logistics, and on-the-day execution to ensure a seamless experience and reviewing of delivering post-event.

  • Help deliver events cost-effectively by utilising internal skills and resources.

  • Partner with the broader Content & Events Studio and external vendors (AV teams, venue teams) to enable a coordinated approach to event delivery.

Content & Internal Social Media

  • Using content creation tools (including Adobe and Canva), assist in creating and distributing engaging content for our team member-facing digital platforms and channels

  • Support the management of content calendars to connect content creation, optimise messaging, and leverage scale.

  • Help gather insights across our channels to contribute to best practice delivery, content development and highlight emerging trends that impact our teams.

Strategic Content, Planning and Engagement

  • Support the Director and Head of in executing strategic content, including but not limited to preparing impactful presentations and slides

  • Support with Engagement Session, capturing verbatim and synthesising thematics that might arise to better listen to our teams

  • Ability to autonomously manage tasks, support project plans, and meet deadlines for events and communications plans
