What you'll do
Lead, develop and manage our business ranges across our multiple propositions by working alongside key internal and external stakeholders to unlock our commercial ambitions for Woolworths at Work.
Maintain the product range for business customers through monitoring and reporting on range performance and conducting range reviews.
Negotiate with suppliers to provide outcomes that deliver value to our customers.
Work collaboratively with key internal business partners to help deliver the key strategic ambitions of the business.
Lead your portfolio strategy development and implementation including developing and owning category expansion initiatives from end to end.
Identify new suppliers and market trends to drive changes in the range
What you’ll bring
Experience building trusted supplier partnerships and an ability to negotiate with Tier 1 FMCG supply partners.
Strong Commercial acumen, ideally in a buying and trading environment. Understanding of end-to-end category strategy, pricing and promotions and portfolio management.
An ability to work cross-functionally and influence multiple stakeholders both internally & externally
Experience clearly understanding and able to work through Problem, Cause, and Solution to seek continual improvement
Be strategically minded with an ability to identify wider market trends and opportunities, lead programs of change and effectively engage stakeholders for support
Strong organisational and financial acumen including strong skills in problem-solving and prioritisation
