Loyalty Commercial Manager-12 month FT

We’re looking for a Loyalty Commercial Manager to join our team here in Aotearoa reporting to our Senior Commercial Manager / Chapter Lead in this 12 month parental leave cover role.
Joining our team you’ll take accountability for leading the strategy to deliver value to Woolworths, leveraging the 1:1 product offers stream within the loyalty promotions programme. This stream delivers product offers to customers, based on their previous purchase behaviour, and is one of the key pillars of our targeted value programme, supporting the overarching ambition to drive value for loyalty members and value into Woolworths.
What you'll do | Hei mahi
You will need to work collaboratively with the wider Loyalty Practice as well as a number of teams across the business including Commercial A&I, Finance, Content, CX, Finance and external suppliers to ensure the 1:1 product stream is set up to achieve commercial objectives while balancing customer relevancy.

To be successful in this role, you will be outcome focused, coupled with constructing data driven marketing strategies and securing buy-in and support across the business. You will be an advocate for the customer and help others embed great practices. You will have multiple years Direct Marketing/ Loyalty experience
