What you'll do
The Commercial Analyst, Partners Delivery role exists to provide analytical support and commercial insights to the Partner Delivery team. This role is critical in enabling data-driven decision-making to inform & grow partnership value, revenue opportunities, and member engagement, effectively balancing Everyday Rewards' commercial goals with long-term member value objectives within our partnerships portfolio. You will support the implementation of commercial strategies and practices aimed at driving sustainable growth and ROI from partner investments and help replay the value of the program back to partners.
Main responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Supporting the partnerships team with developing business cases for new initiatives, collaborating with Senior Commercial Partnership Managers and Marketing teams to provide analytical support for partner strategies and plans.
Provide regular updates on partnership performance, including revenue, ROI, member value and behaviour metrics, budget tracking and market trends.
Develop clear, concise insights and actionable recommendations for commercial and marketing stakeholders.
Analyse partnership financial performance, including revenue, ROI, member value metrics, and budget tracking.
Identify and quantify opportunities to optimise partner investment and profitability through data analysis.
Analyse member behaviour data related to partner engagement (e.g., cross-shop, acquisition source, retention, CVM/Lifestage segmentation).
What you'll bring
Several years experience in a commercial analyst, business intelligence, financial analyst, strategy analyst or similar role involving quantitative analysis and insight generation.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using Excel.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation/storytelling).
Understanding of commercial and financial analysis principles.
