What you’ll do

The Commercial Analyst role exists to provide analytical support and commercial insights to the W Retail Commercial and Partnerships Delivery team. This role is critical in enabling data-driven decision-making to grow partnership value, revenue, and member engagement, effectively balancing Everyday Rewards' commercial goals with long-term member value objectives within our internal partnerships portfolio. You will support the implementation of commercial strategies and practices aimed at driving sustainable growth and ROI from partner investments


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Delivering accurate, timely, and actionable commercial analysis and insights for the Partners Delivery team. 

  • Supporting the identification, evaluation, and tracking of commercial growth opportunities within the partnership portfolio. 

  • Contributing to data-driven decision-making regarding partner strategy, investment, and performance management. 

  • Developing and maintaining effective reporting on partnership performance. 

  • Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders to achieve partnership objectives.

  • 2-4+ years experience in a commercial analyst, business intelligence, financial analyst, strategy analyst or similar role involving quantitative analysis and insight generation.
  • Minimum Experience required (eg: 3-5 years in a similar role)
  • Eperience within Retail, Loyalty, FMCG, or Partnership environments. 
  • Experience working directly with commercial or marketing teams
  • Understanding of commercial and financial analysis principles. 
  • Data analysis and interpretation techniques.
