What you’ll do

As a Client Partnership Manager you will be on the front line of Australia’s leading retail media business, owning and driving revenue growth across multi-media channels by engaging with new and existing clients. You will play a crucial role in building innovative, data-backed solutions that connect brands to customers.

  • Own and drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Become an expert in multi-channel selling across Cartology's media offering by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.

  • Leverage Cartology’s unparalleled data access to build compelling, data-driven proposals that deliver measurable value and align with client strategies.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate sales forecasting and business reporting.


What you’ll bring

Your ability to prioritise efficiently and communicate confidently will underpin your relationship management skills as you embed yourself within the Cartology team. The ideal mindset for this role is built on someone who cares about their team and their customers, working with integrity and approaching every challenge with a curious, open mind, actively seeking to listen and learn.

  • Proven track record in growing multi-channel media sales across client types.

  • Expertise in selling digital media and managing campaigns that leverage a diverse, coordinated media inventory (e.g., POS, print, targeted online, digital out of home).

  • Strong capability in using data sources to develop compelling campaign proposals and demonstrating return on investment to drive repeat business.

  • Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with multiple client contacts across seniority levels, influencing positive business outcomes.
