What you’ll bring
Proven experience in driving category growth and working cross functionally
Passion for coaching and developing team and also across wider team
Demonstrated success in developing and executing customer-focused category plans aligned with the divisional strategy and supported by sound commercial insights and data.
Strong negotiation and influence skills with cross-functional and external stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Passion for product and the ability to become an expert in the space

What you’ll do
Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that align with customer needs and commercial objectives.
Develop and execute category plans that provide a clear roadmap for supply partners, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment.
Drive sales growth and profit improvement by implementing strategic category initiatives that optimise product offerings and merchandising strategies.
Identify and capitalise on opportunities that enhance customer satisfaction, streamline store operations, and reduce costs for Woolworths.
Continuously evaluate supplier capabilities, proactively seek new partnerships, and cultivate existing relationships to secure long-term competitive advantage.
