What you’ll do

As a CDS Coordinator, you'll be central to the smooth operation and governance of our Category Deployment Schedule (CDS). You'll be accountable for executing daily CDS operations and milestones, managing approvals, and ensuring accuracy on Partnerhub while meticulously considering category complexities and stakeholder needs to meet critical timelines.


  • Execute Daily Category Deployment Schedule (CDS) Operations & Milestones: You'll handle the day-to-day operations of the CDS, including processing all necessary approvals and ensuring its accuracy on Partnerhub. Your focus will be on managing CDS milestones in line with our key principles, while considering the complexities of each category, stakeholder, and review type to meet appropriate timelines.
  • Manage CDS Communications: Monitor and distribute emails from the CDS Inbox as required, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
  • Coordinate Range Review Governance: You'll be responsible for coordinating and booking Range Review governance forums, including assisting with meeting scheduling and managing pre-read emails.
  • Support Operational Administration: Manage and maintain accurate distribution lists, and undertake other general administrative duties as needed to support team operations.
  • Maintain Structured Record Keeping & Meeting Coordination: You'll be structured, organised, and diligent in Commercial Grocery Code Record Keeping. This includes being highly organised and proactive in booking Grocery Code meetings.
  • Ensure CDS Health & Adherence: Conduct regular CDS health checks to ensure alignment with scheduling principles for approvals and maintenance, confirming adherence to best practices.
  • Proactively Manage Workload & Mitigate Risks: Take ownership of your individual capacity planning and workload management to ensure you meet key milestones and actively identify and surface potential risks.

What you’ll bring

  • High proficient understanding of Google & Microsoft systems, with intermediate/advanced excel functions (eg: pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting) 

  • Understands the FMCG industry and commercial processes of Woolworths and Suppliers - Desirable
