About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
Cartology is seeking a Product Manager of onsite digital media assets, reporting to the Head of Product & Platform. This role has the responsibility for driving digital media innovation and the product strategy/roadmap for our commercialised digital product offering. You will play a key role in managing, delivering and growing Cartology’s onsite media strategy, revenue and go-to-market plans. Working to commercialise suitable media assets to enable the Cartology Sales team to sell assets and meet sales targets. Using data and customer insights to make these informed decisions and changes, while ensuring a relevant, inspiring and engaging experience for customers. Ensuring there is an alignment of a cohesive customer experience amongst trading, content and marketing. The role will also support key marketing and event plans by commercialising opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
Drive success and revenue growth for eCommerce products by acting as a subject matter expert for the broader Cartology business.
Provide strategic, commercial, and innovative input to internal partners for shaping the product roadmap and future development.
Define and execute best-in-class go-to-market plans in collaboration with sales, operations, and business performance teams.
Own a portion of the eCommerce channel revenue, managing demand through effective pricing and innovative product roadmaps.
Support the sales team with significant in-market activity, client engagement, and up-to-date marketing collateral.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the retail market landscape to identify trends, innovations, threats, and Cartology's value.
About You | Mōu
5+ years in eCommerce marketing with strong retail landscape understanding.
Proven experience developing category and shopper insights for media initiatives.
Strong sales or business background with demonstrated ability to drive results.
Successful track record of managing internal and external relationships.
Experience in both entrepreneurial and established corporate environments.
Excellent written/verbal communication, high attention to detail, and good follow-through.
