What you'll do
This role is responsible for the end to end management and delivery of Cartology Client and Woolworths Marketing screens and radio campaigns, from the point of content delivery, campaign flighting and optimisation. Scheduling of these campaigns can include the full Cartology screen network, including in store screens in Australia & New Zealand across multiple Woolworths banners and in centre screens in shopping centres.
Partner with the required sales team and campaign operations members across Cartology AU & NZ to ensure on time campaign delivery according to the schedule for booked campaigns and to gain an understanding of upcoming campaigns in the pipeline
Maintain on-going accuracy of digital network & radio campaigns delivered through the CMS portals, including national, store-specific, audience based and proximity campaigns, from scheduling through to campaign reporting
Understand and complete campaign site allocation and other operational deliverables within the team as required
Liaise with our key internal partners including but not limited to Woolworths, Metro, WWNZ and Big W Marketing teams to coordinate and deploy their campaign content across the digital & radio networks
Be the key internal point of contact for Cartology teams for DOOH CMS queries
Assist with the process of new store/centre, renewal installations and store/centre closures across our DOOH & Radio networks by updating inventory records and activating or deactivating inventory within the various CMS and third party platforms in line with network and delivery requirements
What you'll bring
Minimum 2 years experience working in Digital Out of Home, preferably in a delivery or operations role
Experience working in sales & customer focused working environments
Experience using Content Management Systems (Broadsign & Ayuda desirable) and/or Inventory Management Systems within a media environment
Strong understanding of digital media platforms, applications and media file formats
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to visually test digital media against a predefined sets of specifications and guidelines
Ability to use initiative and work with minimal guidance and supervision
