What you’ll do
We’re looking for a CRM Coordinator who will be responsible for end-to-end CRM marketing campaign delivery across the Australian and New Zealand MILKRUN business. The role requires strong organisational and interpersonal skills to work in cross functional teams and campaign coordination.
- Setup, test and schedule all direct marketing communications including email, SMS, push and in app message campaigns.
- Develop and coordinate campaign briefs, tasks, timelines and updates for campaigns.
- Maintain MILKRUN’s CRM platform, including customer data lists and preferences.
- Work with the marketing and commercial teams to develop campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention through owned channels.
- Optimise and enhance marketing conversion via A/B testing, segmentation and personalisation.
- Provide support in reporting and monitoring automated CRM campaigns.
- Work closely with Live Ops to trouble-shoot CRM related customer enquiries.
What you’ll bring
- Experience using marketing CRM platforms is highly desired.
- Ideally you'll have a Tertiary qualification in Marketing, or similar field.
- Organisational skills, with an agile approach: the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and keep to campaign timelines.
- Confident communicator, able to navigate multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience using data for reporting, using key metrics such as conversion rates.
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, and strong attention to detail.
- Genuine curiosity and drive to be part of a fast paced, passionate & enthusiastic team.
What you’ll experience
- A commitment to flexibility through a hybrid working model which combines time spent at a support office or hub and time working from home, supporting both in-person connection and balancing the flexibility that remote working provides for our teams.
- Team discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands you know and love and a robust rewards program that celebrates and incentivises purpose-driven work.
- High-impact role supporting our teams who enrich our communities.
- A global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline – with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network.
- A range of programs to help you prioritise and manage your wellbeing, including 24/7 access to the Sonder app.
- A progressive and competitive leave policy that gives you more space for what matters to you.
