  • Relaunch and lead the "Gemini Enterprise" community, empowering a network of business unit champions to build their own high value solutions.
  • Oversee the full automation lifecycle—from discovery and architectural review to the decommissioning or strategic replacement of tactical solutions.
  • Lead group-wide training and certification programs on platforms like Vertex AI, ADK, LangChain and LangGraph, ensuring 100% of core developers meet CoE standards.
  • Implement a rigorous framework to track, quantify, and communicate the tangible business value and ROI delivered by automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Architecture and Engineering teams to maintain a catalogue of approved automation patterns and optimised deployment pipelines.
  • Act as the central engagement lead, translating complex business problems into qualified automation opportunities and directing them to the most effective delivery channel.

About You

  • Strong understanding of automation technologies, including RPA (UiPath), LowCode/ML, and AI-driven platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing governance frameworks, standards, and controls in a large organisation with a hybrid delivery model (centralised and federated/democratised).
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture a community of practice (champions/super-users).
  • A strategic mindset, capable of guiding an organisation through the evolving landscape of democratised automation.
