The Opportunity

 This role exists to liaise with business and technology stakeholders for delivery of business requirements which form the basis of change to business processes, policies or systems, to ensure that the delivered solution meets the needs of the business.

 

 

What you'll do 

  • Collaborating with Business stakeholders and the Project team to provide concept, feasibility analysis and functional requirements for initiatives. To elicit, analyse, communicate and validate the requirements for changes to business systems, processes and policies. 
  • Development of Business and process requirements, QA of proposed solutions and Test scenarios

 


What You’ll Bring 

You are an experienced Business Analyst and technologist with a strong Agile delivery background.

 

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to story-tell and take stakeholders on the journey with you 
  • 2–3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably within the Meat or FMCG sectors, with a solid understanding of unique supply chain, production, and regulatory constraints.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications, focusing on system performance, security, and scalability.
  • Experience supporting business cases through detailed feasibility assessments, risk analysis, and cost/benefit evaluations for technical solutions.
  • A track record of maintaining strict requirements and conducting formal reviews to ensure alignment with organisational standards and quality controls.
